Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT), founded in 1975 by Bill Gates and Paul Allen, is the world's largest software company. Its flagship products are Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. Although today it develops software mainly for Windows, it also offers some Macintosh software.
