I think that it would be a good idea to include criticisms and praises in software articles. Criticisms should not include personal rants about the software in question, but generally-agreed-upon shortcomings in the software. I agree. I think objective shortcomings would be good. I also think tips and workarounds would be helpful as well. I didn't see your criticism though for the font panels on the page --arn
