Holding the mouse button would do no good if you are using a bluetooth mouse.

(I didn't want to edit the page directly, since I *might* be wrong. If anyone is completely sure about in which state of the boot that the computer establishes the bluetooth connection to the mouse and can verify this claim, maybe it could go into the page. Or maybe it doesn't matter...)

Actually I'm pretty sure that a Bluetooth mouse would work. You can use a Bluetooth keyboard to send various keys to the computer at startup; why not the mouse? --Mechcozmo 05:04, 2 July 2007 (EDT)
