Mike Markkula
From Mac Guides
Mike Markkula provided essential business expertise and funding of US $250,000 during the formation of Apple in 1977, being given a one third share of the company in return. He brought in Apple's first CEO, Michael Scott, and then replaced him in 1981 to become Apple's second CEO. Steve Wozniak credits Markkula as a major reason for Apple's success, however he was replaced by John Sculley in 1983.
