Kentsfield

Kentsfield is a future Intel consumer desktop processor based on the Core Microarchitecture. It is made by bonding two Conroe dies in the same package. It will (at least initially) be marketed as an "Extreme Edition" processor.

Intel has advanced the release schedule to Q4 2006.
