Apple USB Modem
From Mac Guides
The Apple USB Modem is a small add on available for all Apple macs that do not include a built in dial up modem as standard. These include several versions of the iMac G5, the Intel based iMac, the Intel based Mac Mini and the MacBook Pro. It is also possible this could be used as a replacement for a faulty or older built in modem on earlier models, although this theory has not yet been tested (see system requirements section below for official system requirements).
The modem can be purchased for $49 USD through the Apple Store, or specified as a built to order option on currently shipping models.
